We're seeking a motivated and proactive **Account Executive** to join our dynamic team This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual with **1-2 years of full-cycle sales experience** and a strong background in business development. **What You'll Do**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients, leveraging your business development expertise to drive interest and build new connections.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives, positioning our offerings as the perfect fit.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience and maximize opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals by proactively pursuing new business and nurturing existing relationships.
- Establish yourself as a valued advisor, providing insights, support, and solutions that help clients succeed at every stage.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of proven, full-cycle sales experience is required, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Preferable familiarity with marketing strategies, demand generation, and customer engagement practices to effectively support and enhance sales efforts.
- Business Development Experience
- Self-starter who seizes opportunities anticipates client needs, and stays ahead of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written skills to connect with diverse stakeholders and effectively communicate value.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, building strong internal and client relationships.
- You must be available at least two days per week in the office at a central Sydney CBD location to foster collaboration and build team connections.
