As part of an AWARD-WINNING team that moves over 250 vehicles every month, we’re seeking a driven, customer-focused professional to join our **Call Centre Sales Team** as a **Customer Experience Consultant**.

You’ll be joining our tight-knit team of 7 in the Customer Contact Centre (CCC) - a group that thrives on collaboration, energy, and delivering five-star service. In this high-volume, phone-based role, you'll engage warm leads, build meaningful connections, and help customers find the perfect vehicle - all while contributing to a supportive and high-performing team environment.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to drive sales opportunities.
- Providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance across our range of vehicles.
- Managing leads through our CRM, following up on enquiries, and converting interest into sales.
- Introducing customers to our finance and aftercare options with a consultative approach.
- Meeting KPIs focused on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and engagement.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A strong phone presence and the ability to connect and communicate with confidence.
- Experience in call centre sales, customer service, or retail - automotive experience is a plus, but not essential.
- A passion for delivering a 5-star customer experience.
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven mindset with resilience and a team-first attitude.
- A current Driver’s Licence (essential).
