- Implement proactive sales strategies to win new customer accounts in line with the business sales strategy.
- Identify and target specific customers and industries to introduce new product opportunities and increase profitability of existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with major customers and actively seek out business opportunities.
- Develop detailed execution strategies and value propositions for new product opportunities.
- Continuously improve the business's sales and service offerings to meet changing market demands.

**About you**:

- Proven track record in Sales with strong Key Accounts/Customer Service Management background.
- Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement approach with experience in negotiating commercial and contract terms.
- Highly developed communication skills with a focus on the customer approach and passion for excellence
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to initiate change and deal with strong personalities.
- Strong analytical and computer skills with a team player mentality
