Exciting opportunity for an experienced State Sales Manager to join a leading telecommunications provider and work closely with the leadership team to drive sales and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators and leading business development initiatives to meet sales objectives and KPIs.
As the State Sales Manager, you will manage operational relationships with RSPs, develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external business partners/stakeholders, and cooperate with cross-functional leaders to increase the value the company delivers to all its customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and leading improvement opportunities within the team while ensuring appropriate controls are in place to manage risks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a proven cultivator and ‘closer’ of sales opportunities at the enterprise organisation level, have the ability to solution sell, and have a strong understanding of sales strategies when selling into market sectors, including both telco and ICT. You will also need to possess excellent communication and presentation skills, exceptional knowledge and understanding of sales strategies, and have a strong understanding of the company's business and the competitive marketplace.
