Your key accountabilities
- **The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Coordinate the preparation and analysis of complex workforce reporting. Manage significant workforce strategy initiatives and projects that contribute to the achievement of agency strategic priorities and business objectives, including organisational reviews, establishment management, workforce planning and other HR projects. Provide advice to clients and management on the range of services provided by Workforce Strategy & Analytics, and the development of key organisational strategies and programs. Deliver contemporary workforce planning, organisational development and workforce analytics services. Research and prepare briefs, reports, ministerial submissions and proposals which recommend the implementation of key workforce strategy initiatives and programs to build workforce capability and support business operations. Establish, build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and service providers to support the delivery of quality services including representing HR at relevant meetings. Develop the workforce strategy capability of team members.
