The position will be responsible for all aspects of **closing leads**, supporting the sales team and as the **External Sales & Support** you will be responsible for:

- Site visits to understand client needs and provide quotes
- Monitor & Ensure client leads are actioned promptly
- Building good client relations
- Preparing client quotes, tender or contracts.
- Providing sales support to the sales team
- All Administrative support for the Sales Director & team

We need someone with:

- Experience in Document management sales, Mail Room Services and Outsourcing.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
- You must have the ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales and/or customer service
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Willingness to obtain Police Check & Security Clearance
- Confidence to get the job done

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.6 per week
