A reputable national law firm looking for a Case Resolution Officer to join their team on a permanent basis

Based in the Sydney CBD, a national leading law firm specialising in personal injury claims and matters that affect Australians. They are passionate about driving consistency and operational efficiencies to provide a leading client service experience. The organisation is looking for a Case Admin Officer to join their team on a permanent basis

**The role**
- Managing and conducting compliance audits, reviews and reporting
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in written form - developing strong relationships
- Using problem-solving skills to come up with resolutions for different circumstances
- Determining the root cause of resolution and identifying areas of improvement
- Assisting management to ensure work practices are maintained
- Become proficient in legal software to input relevant data and reports as required
- Provide compliance input for strategic projects

**What you need to succeed**
- At least 2-3 years experience in compliance /risk
- Relevant qualifications Business / Finance / Commerce
- Highly organised and with strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise and mufti-task
- Highly motivated and with strong communication skills
