Working within the Front Office team, you will support the Front Office Manager in supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the business as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a Concierge to think outside the normal and position our guests amongst all Melbourne has to offer. In this role you will to be working with a team which is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

As Lead Concierge, you will share your knowledge, skills and experience with the front office team to ensures all staff have a comprehensive knowledge of Melbourne in your absence.
