**About Us**:
As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are looking for dedicated Payroll Officers to play a vital role in managing the payroll processes across multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and on time, including handling all related payroll activities, such as tax, superannuation, and deductions.
- Utilizing SAP, Pronto, Tech one, or ADP systems to manage payroll data effectively and efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in relation to payroll activities.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and providing support to employees with payroll-related queries.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and generating relevant reports as required.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer, demonstrating expertise in using SAP, Pronto, Tech one, and ADP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax laws, and superannuation regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Team leadership experience will be highly regarded.
