If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a **Payroll & HR Systems Coordinator **to join the team in Perth on a full time of part time (4 days per week) arrangment.

**About the Job**

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the timely preparation and submission of payroll data to the outsourced payroll provide and the general maintenance of people data in the HR Management Systems.

Your responsibilities include;
- Prepare timesheet summary report, with e.g., leave, overtime, allowances for submission to payroll services provider.
- Prepare payroll summary submission with e.g., new starters, terminations, salary changes for submission to payroll services provider.
- Review fortnightly payroll reports from payroll services provider, check and balance, ready for HR Manager approval.
- Upload payroll payment to the bank. Make payments for payroll tax and superannuation monthly.
- Complete leave audits and reconciliation of hours e.g., offshore rotations, as required.
- Manage employee payroll queries.
- With the HR Advisor, support the implementation and maintenance of new and existing Human Resource Information Systems including acting as primary liaison with MDM, GBS and Regional HRIS teams.
- With the HR Advisor, provide technical support to the business in relation to all HR systems in a timely and professional manner, including the provision of training to individuals or groups as required.
- Ensure data integrity across all HR systems and conduct regular audits with local departments, management accounting and payroll.
- Complete monthly headcount reporting, including Regional and Corporate reporting requirements.
- Complete other ad hoc reports, as requested locally and by Regional and Corporate offices.

Qualifications:

- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Intermediate / Advanced MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret data and a strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience preparing HR and/or payroll reports.
- Ability to work accurately and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic including a high level of accountability and reliability.
- A high level of initiative and a proactive approach to work.
- An appreciation of and commitment to ensuring appropriate confidentiality is maintained for HR information and data.
