**About the Position**

The Parks Supervisor leads a team of staff and contractors to ensure day to day operational maintenance activities of the City’s parks, reserves and open spaces is undertaken efficiently and to a high standard, for the enjoyment of our community.

**About You**

As embedded in the City’s core values, the successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of customer service, financial acumen, leadership, supervision and be responsible for delivering maintenance targets.

The successful applicant will possess:

- Certificate in Horticulture/Turf Management
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision of commercial parks operations including supervising internal staff and contractors.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in turf management, hardscape landscape maintenance, playground maintenance, horticultural plant and machinery maintenance and operations.
- Experience in managing annual budgets, parks maintenance scheduling and operations, contract management, processing customer service requests
- White Card
- Forklift licence/Loader ticket (or willingness to obtain)

**Salary**: $97,455- $104,959 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
