About thePositions

CockburnARCis the City of Cockburn's leading edge recreationand aquatic centre, unlike anything else in Perth. We have 9 waterareas, a 6 court stadium, 3 group fitness studios and a new 1500sqmgym.

This integral role is responsiblefor maintaining the technical integrity of the aquatic facility,including water quality, pool plant and equipment, and generalcleanliness of the pools and surrounding areas. The role leads ateam of Lifeguards and oversees daily operations including poolsupervision, staff coordination, customer service, and technicalmaintenance.

About You

In addition to possessing therequisite qualifications, you will have previous supervisoryexperience, preferably within an aquatic/leisure facility. You musthave highly developed communication skills, be a proactive problemsolver and have a passion for providing excellent customerservice.

Salary: $85,331 -$91,017 per annum plus super, depending on qualifications andexperience
