The Role
Based in our Melbourne office, as the Content Marketing Executive you will support the implementation of our content strategy through content creation for our digital, social, and offline channels. You will assist in developing content plans and workflows and support the company’s growing content marketing needs.
Working with various Retirement Living functions, regional teams, Marketing and Communications teams, Project Stakeholders, and ICT, you will support the growth of our content experience by identifying content gaps and providing best practice recommendations to the business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the ongoing digital strategy and automated customer journey through content creation, optimisation, and management.- Copywriting for various channels including website, blog, newsletters, and social media ensuring style meets the needs of the target audience.- Work with business stakeholders to source content for implementation across digital channels and platforms.- Assist with the management of the Digital Asset Management System to deliver content across all marketing channels.- Liaise with external agency partners to coordinate the execution of content pieces including the briefing and relevant stakeholder communication.- Help manage internal and external content workflows and assist in creating best practice content guidelines for the teams.- Help analyse the performance of content to drive improved outcomes and continuously optimise content output.
To aid your success, you will have:
- Ability to write engaging content/tell a story, edit content, and follow a brief.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deadlines and schedules.- Attention to detail and project management skills.- Basic knowledge of SEO and writing SEO optimised content.- Basic knowledge of branding and general marketing principles.- Basic understanding of digital channels and their content requirements.
