**The Company**:
This large organisation operates in the facilities services industry, providing clients with top tier services in the built environment. This role is part of the commercial team, which are in the Melbourne office delivering marketing, sales and solutions for the ANZ region.

**The Role**:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the marketing and branding strategy. Manage a small team of marketing coordinators to deliver communications and campaigns internally and externally to industry clients.

The role is part of a fast-paced, busy team, based in Melbourne CBD.

**The Duties**:

- Develop and drive marketing strategy to increase client engagement and industry activity
- Manage communications strategy e.g. blogs, events to increase visibility
- Developing and executing campaigns from start to finish
- Producing and publishing content, improve content library
- Managing stakeholders including C-Suite, Operations, Contract Manager, Commercial teams
- Internal campaigns
- Marketing automation
- Some elements of digital marketing, videography projects, social media, SEO, search engine marketing (SEM)

You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to deliver a strong, unified and innovative B2B brand.
- 5+ Years in a senior marketing role
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles and communication of critical elements
- Strong project management skills - planning, execution, issue resolution, and control
- Demonstrated experience driving a successful marketing strategy and implementing the marketing plan
- Exposure to InDesign, Adobe Creative suite, website content management systems, Google Analytics and Google AdWords etc. preferred
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to produce engaging written content across blogs, search ads, social media, website and electronic communication
- Experience dealing with general management, sales, bids, agency, vendors, operations and other stakeholders
- Be hands on and a good team leader
