The role

As the Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, designing and delivering our content strategy, including new websites/platforms, campaign activity and feature enhancements for existing digital platforms and offline channels. You will provide recommendations and strategy which results in measurable performance or metrics for the business.

Working with various Retirement Living functions, Regional teams, Marketing and Communications teams, Project Stakeholders and ICT, you will deliver to ensure digital website solutions and content experience grows and adapts to support Retirement Living’s growing business in Australia.

Key responsibilities include
- Help shape and support the ongoing digital strategy and campaign implementation for Retirement Living through content and website enhancements.- Work with business stakeholders to provide content strategy, generation/delivery framework recommendations, delivery plans and implementation for content across digital channels or platforms to support their business objectives.- Provide thought leadership to the marketing and campaign stakeholders across the Retirement Living business nationally.- Work within the Digital Asset Management System to deliver content across all marketing channels;- Work closely with agency partners to implement process improvement strategies based on market results and insights;- Support regional marketing teams through delivery of written content across various channels including website, blog, newsletters and social media ensuring style meets the needs of the target audience.- Coordination and management of website BAU feature enhancements;- Collaboratively work with all key internal stakeholders, Marketing Managers, Development teams, Digital and Customer Experience Team and regional leads to deliver website enhancements and technical solutions to their specifications.- Work closely with ICT and key technology external partners to ensure the optimum environment and operational frameworks are established to deliver and support the delivery program (both new developments and platform/site enhancements).

To aid your success, you will have
- Experience creating and managing a content plan- Ability to write engaging content/tell a story, edit content- Attention to detail, sense of urgency/deadlines, communication and presentation skills- Strong relationship management skills- Understand SEO marketing principles- Knowledge of digital advertising market- Knowledge of branding and general marketing principles.- Understanding of content strategy and ROI.- Understanding of digital channels and their content requirements

This role includes finding the right people to support out many diverse teams such as village team members, development, property, sales as well as corporate functions such as finance, legal, EHS, ICT to name a few.

The business has a strong growth strategy looking to increase from 13,000 to 20,000 units in the next 5 years. We want your help making this plan a reality and strive towards the future of Retirement Living.

In the next 12 months we will be going though a period of transformation and change, reaffirming the Retirement Living business as a key market stakeholder and allowing us to focus on works best for our business and the people we service.

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
