Why not join the team that brings a smile every day to millions of people **Description**: **About the role**: We are now seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Compliance - Egg Production Lead to join our team in Carole Park. This role involves ensuring our Egg Production Operations are compliant with all relevant standards. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact, this is your chance to take the next step in your career. **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (38 hours per week) **Skills and Experiences**: **Some of your key responsibilities will be**: Ensure that egg suppliers, farms, and grading operations follow guidelines for egg quality and animal welfare, including relevant certifications. Regularly inspect farms and conduct audits to meet SQ standards, addressing issues and investigating causes of non-compliance. Manage customer complaints and questions about Shell Eggs and third-party pulp products, offering technical details and coordinating export needs. Investigate new farms and grading facilities and maintain compliance records. Monitor supplier and farm performance against internal and external standards. Responsible for shell egg packaging quality monitoring with supplier farms and packaging suppliers and providing feedback and attending regular forums with suppliers. Assist with export requirements for Shell Eggs when required. **To be considered for this role, you will have**: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the food industry Experience managing supplier approvals and relationships in a food environment.
