Product Manager

This exciting position will have the opportunity to drive the implementation of the product marketing strategy (across multiple brands and segments). **Some of your key responsibilities**: - Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects through stage-gate process. - Develop in-depth market insights to support business overall objectives (market trends domestic and international, competitor analysis, consumer segmentation, data analysis, market research). - Portfolio management: recommendations across multiple brands based on business strategy and goals, market insights & target market. Responsible for managing packaging projects. - Support the development and execute the out-to-market strategies for new and existing products - including multi-channel brand campaigns. - Plan, implement, and monitor all social platforms including content planning & development/ agency management and reporting. - Support and develop internal & external presentations such as monthly management reports, retailer range review presentations, farm presentations. **Description**: **To be considered for this role, you will have**: - Minimum of 4-5 years relevant marketing experience in FMCG Industry. - Excellent multi-project management skills with proven record of managing larger projects, including NPD launches. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel). - Proficiency in Adobe suite (desirable) - Proven record of managing digital marketing campaigns (including social media). - Exceptional written and oral communication skills. **Sunny Queen Perks**: - Salary Review Process - WFH Opportunities available - Free onsite parking - Annual flu shots - Opportunity for personal and professional development - Beautiful offices and state of the art facilities No agencies please **Skills and Experiences**: At Sunny Queen, we are all about eggs With over 90 years "eggsperience" in the industry, we are passionate and committed to provide quality products whilst ensuring the welfare of our hens.
