Located in Carole Park, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our production team for an immediate start.

**Description**:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position requires an individual with strong leadership skills. This role will be a permanent full-time position working 5:00am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday.

About You

Ideally you will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a Team Leader role in a food manufacturing facility. An understanding of hygiene principles and Good Manufacturing Practices will be desirable. You will embrace challenges, be a dynamic self-starter and be passionate about supporting our people, our culture and our values.

**Some of your key responsibilities**:
Working alongside Production Supervisors to support our production teams
Contributing to continuous improvement across the production department
Maintaining a high level of workplace health & safety, and product quality & compliance
Monitoring and contributing to waste reduction across all production lines
Rostering according to production requirements and team skill set
Mentoring and supporting all team members

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be considered for this role, you will have**:
Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
Experience with supporting dynamic teams
A technical and problem-solving attitude
Hands-on machinery trouble shooting experience
Experience working with robotics and SCADA (preferred but not essential)
A safety first attitude
Great written and verbal communication skills
Proactive team player
High attention to detail
