The Opportunity:
Head of Customer Technologies will Implement, rollout and lifecycle manage the enterprise customer technology platforms to support and enable AIA’s transformation. Lead the direction and roadmap for the customer technology platforms and establish centralised persistent teams with both internal and external partner resources.
Key responsibilities:
- Success of the platforms by accelerating the growth and adoption
- Review existing platforms’ best practices to identify areas for improvement in AIA AUs processes
- Planning and prioritisation of delivery and resources ensuring an effective balance between technology transformation, BAU projects delivery and ongoing maintenance and support
- Operational and cost efficiency of the platforms
- Ensure that the resourcing and capacity of the teams meet the needs of the organisation by implementing well defined employee recruitment, partnership and vendor strategies
- Ensure technology solutions are in alignment with architecture principles and target state
- Effectively manage relationships across multiple stakeholder groups (e.g. Transformation, Customer Experience and Operations, other business areas, and vendors)
- Provide line management to your immediate team and leadership across the portfolio in an inspiring and engaging manner
- Extensive years’ experience working in technology enabled delivery
- Strong understanding of large-scale system, information and technology architectures
- Ability to define/manage detail project plans, milestones, manages deliverables; understand financial/budgetary impact of technical decisions
- Preferred: Delivery and / or architecture experience in one of the following: Salesforce, ForgeRock, Adobe Experience Manager
- Ability to lead and inspire people to deliver exceptional outcomes and to drive a performance culture
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results under demanding timelines
