**About the role-**
Due to growth, PPS are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Onsite Trainer and Assessor to join our dynamic team.

The role is crucial to ensuring our workforce meets industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for conducting Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments and providing onsite training to employees across a range of disciplines.

**Duties Include**:

- Conduct onsite Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments for new and existing employees
- Develop and deliver training modules tailored to the needs of the job roles and tasks at hand
- Maintain accurate training records and assess the effectiveness of training programs
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training procedures
- Liaise with management and project leads to identify training needs
- Participate in regular training audits and update training materials as needed
- Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules
- Provide services as identified/required according to individual business needs.
- Assist in maintaining training records and report on attendance/participation in accordance with the policies and procedures of the RTO.
- Coordination of 3rd party trainers and assessors as required.

**Successful applicants will have**:

- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other training software
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Current driver’s license
- Must have continuous professional development records
- Complete administration in accordance with Company Policy and Procedure
- Must have current level 2 First Aid
