**_The purpose of this role is to: _**

**_The Executive Coordinator is responsible providing a range of executive, secretarial and administrative support services across a range of complex issues to support the EGM of Corporate Services _**
**_,_**
**_ and contribute to the efficient and effective running and operations of the division._**

**_Responsibilities and Key Deliverables_**
**_
- **
- Diary Management
- Scheduling
- Liaising with other Exec Coordinators for scheduling etc throughout the business
- Building relationships and working alongside internal customers
- Invoicing
- This role would involve co-ordinating 7 direct reports (meetings etc)
- Taking minutes of senior leadership meetings, following up on actions etc

**_ What we are Looking for_**
- Proficient in normal office systems
- Adaptable, personable and trustworthy individual required.

**_ What we Offer: _**
- 2-3 days in the office
- Flexible times starting / finishing
