About the role

This role sits within the People and Culture (P&C) division, which provides contemporary and responsive people solutions that align with evolving service delivery models and digital transformation. P&C is focused on developing a resilient, capable and empowered workforce that's ready to meet changing needs.

Reporting to the Manager, Culture and Capability, you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of a range of organisational development initiatives aimed at strengthening culture, lifting leadership capability, and enabling workforce planning. From leadership development and employee engagement to data-driven workforce insights and overseeing the learning management system, your work will contribute directly to building a workplace where people feel respected, supported and empowered.

About you

You bring strong experience delivering people-focused programs in regionally dispersed organisations. You're known for your ability to manage projects end-to-end, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and turn strategy into practical, measurable outcomes.

Advanced skills in leadership development, workforce planning and employee engagement
Skilled in designing and delivering inclusive, capability-building learning programs
Ability to translate workforce data and analytics into meaningful insights and action
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
Strong stakeholder relationship management and a collaborative approach
Experienced in project and program management
Sound understanding of public sector HR practices, governance, and compliance
Solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
