The role of the Principal Advisor Learning & Organisational Development will be accountable for the consultation, design, implementation and evaluation of a range of new and existing Organisational Development programs, with an emphasis on delivering best-practice initiatives aimed at supporting the organisation to deliver on strategic goals.
**To be successful you will need**:
- Demonstrated experience in the successful management and delivery of learning and organisational development (L&OD) projects
- Extensive experience in leading the delivery of best practice L&OD programs
- Stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and leverage from strong relationships
- The ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders including training providers, facilitators, and customers to ensure that learning and development requirements are appropriately sourced, tailored, budgeted and evaluated.
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver and evaluate a diverse range of L&OD solutions to build capability in line with organisation strategy, purpose and objectives
- Proven experience providing advice, coaching and mentoring people and leaders (including senior leadership) across organisations to strengthen and enhance leadership capabilities across a range of focus areas
- Demonstrated ability to project manage the development and delivery of integrated learning and organisational programs in an environment of competing priorities and demands, delivering high impact business solutions within agreed timeframes, budgets, outcomes, including demonstrating a ROI
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft, deliver and evaluation high quality contemporary L&OD solutions.
