About the Role:
As a Principal Technical Specialist, you will manage and maintain the technical artifacts of our platform, ensuring they are meticulously updated alongside releases and changes. You will develop our AWS platform components, ensuring they align with the latest best practices and services. Additionally, you will provide expert technical consultancy, influence key decision-makers, and design cutting-edge cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Artifact Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of technical artifacts, ensuring they are consistently updated with each release and change.
AWS Platform Development: Enhance and develop our AWS platform components, adhering to the latest best practices.
Technical Consultancy: Provide expert technical consultancy to internal teams and stakeholders.
Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
Compliance and Security: Ensure all cloud solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.

Skills & Experience:
Extensive Experience: Proven experience in cloud technology, particularly with AWS.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS services and proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading technical teams and projects.
