Brisbane’s premier fine dining Japanese restaurant, **Sono at Portside**, is seeking enthusiastic bar professionals to join our team. With stunning river views and an authentic Japanese ambiance, Sono is renowned for exceptional food, elegant service, and a warm, professional culture.

We are offering **part-time bar positions** under the **Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119)** - a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and sophisticated environment.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking individuals who bring:

- A positive attitude, good manners, and polished presentation.
- **Prefer minimum 1 year experience** in bar service.
- **Basic knowledge** of beverages, cocktails, and wine service - advanced skills not required, as **full training is provided**.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Confidence in multitasking, staying organised, and thriving in a busy service environment.
- **Current RSA Certificate** (essential).

Experience with Japanese beverages (sake, whisky, cocktails) will be highly regarded, but not essential.

Pay: $24.95 - $43.70 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
