Creative Bartender

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A bartender with **extensive experience crafting house-made syrups, tinctures, infusions, and mixers**:

- Deep knowledge of spirits, flavor pairings, classic cocktails, and modern mixology trends
- A **creative mind** that thrives on experimentation and pushing boundaries
- A hospitality-driven professional who understands the balance between innovation and guest experience
- Someone excited to **collaborate on a signature cocktail menu** and seasonal offerings
- A polished and confident presence behind the bar

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute an award-worthy cocktail program, including signature and rotating seasonal drinks
- Prepare all house-made ingredients with precision and care
- Educate and train bar staff on recipes, techniques, and presentation
- Provide exceptional, engaging service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar environment
- Work closely with chefs and management to ensure the bar complements the food and brand vision

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience in upscale or craft-focused environments
- Proven experience developing original cocktails and house-made ingredients
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and bar operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for hospitality, creativity, and excellence
- Experience in high-profile or award-winning venues is a strong plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Supplementary Pay:
