The Role:

As a member of our Wait Staff, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, guiding them through their journey with us. You are not just taking orders—you are an ambassador for our brand, a menu expert, and a key part of our service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, genuine, and professional service to all guests.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of our food and beverage menus, making confident recommendations.
  • Manage multiple tables with efficiency and grace, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure order accuracy and timely service.
  • Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • A positive, guest-focused attitude and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weeknights and weekends.
