Are you a versatile hospitality professional with a flair for mixology and a passion for exceptional service? Uncle Wang Portside is looking for a skilled and dynamic **Bartender/Waiting Staff** to join our vibrant team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails, with precision and creativity.
- Assist with serving food and drinks to tables, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for every guest.
- Take orders, make menu recommendations, and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in bartending or waiting roles, or a strong willingness to learn.
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and food pairings is a plus.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Must be available on Friday and Saturday evening.
