**About the Role**
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Oversee the delivery of IS HR Services, managing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure service levels, security, and reliability are upheld.
- Manage IS service contracts, ensuring that contractual obligations, including KPIs, are met. Be the escalation point between the business, IS, and third-party providers.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, security, and licensing regulations and mitigate risk across the HR services landscape.
- Engage effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to align HR services with evolving business needs.
- Champion a performance-driven culture, actively identifying opportunities for process improvements and service delivery enhancements. Manage budget and resources efficiently, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability of HR service platforms.
**About You**
Ideally, you will be degree qualified or demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
