**About The Role | Marketing Manager**

We are seeking a creative and innovative marketing manager to promote the organisation’s brand and events. In this role, you will drive marketing and communication activities, engage and manage relationships with key external services providers, and manage the marketing department's budget and staff.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to foster internal and external stakeholder relationships. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into campaigns that resonate with the organisation’s audience and increase brand awareness.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Contribute to the development and delivery of the annual and project-based marketing and communications strategies
- Produce, analyse and report on regular sales data and audience engagement across socials, online and digital metrics
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in maintaining departmental systems and processes by upholding all required administration, compliance policies, systems, and procedures relevant to marketing and communications
- Foster strategic media partnerships and mutually beneficial agreements with partners, external stakeholders and third-party vendors.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Relevant experience in a mid-level or managerial marketing and communications role
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Arts, music, events, tourism and/or lifestyle marketing experience is highly regarded.
