We are thrilled to be partnering with an international pharmaceutical company on both a brand and company launch into the Australian market that will entail a large format national sales team spanning both the primary and secondary care markets.
Recognised as game changers in overseas markets, both our client and the product launch are revitalising the Australian market

**The Position**
RISE Healthcare is seeking a pharmaceutical Regional Sales Manager to manage a team comprising of GP and Specialty Sales Representatives within a smaller company that will provide the flexibility and opportunities for continued learning and career progression. Your demonstrated coaching skills will be key to the success of this project.

- Experience leadership/ management position or exposure to coaching/mentoring in a Senior Representative or Field Sales Manager Role
- Demonstrable experience in GP/pharmaceutical sales
- High level of business analytics and strong commercial acumen, able to use different data sets and territory reporting to help manage your business
- Strong clinical acumen and learning agility
- Values orientated individual with a strong desire to work collaboratively in a team
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop a successful team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor of Science or relevant degree (Not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel both intrastate and interstate
**Additional Requirements**
- Current drivers’ licence
- You must either be an Australian Citizen or have a current residency visa to live and work in Australia unrestricted.
