With an office in Sydney, the company is currently seeking for a Regional Sales Manager that can capitalize on the opportunity in NSW.

**_THE ROLE_**
- You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 salespeople in NSW.
- Based in their North Western Sydney HQ, this role is focused on coaching, mentoring and supporting the sales team.
- You will be hands-on, working alongside the sales team doing joint calls, providing them with constructive feedback and motivating them to increase sales activity.
- You will be reporting directly to the NSW State Manager who you will be working closely with.

**_THE CANDIDATE_**
- MOST IMPORTANT THING: 3+ years of managing a sales team within the industrial space
- Ideally you have a mechanical or an industrial engineering degree or equivalent.
- In terms of personality, we are looking for someone who is hands on, results focused, stable track record and has the ability to motivate a sales team.
