**About the role**
- Contribute to the development of sponsorship strategy for Youi which is aligned to our brand positioning, key audiences, and business goals.
- Execute sponsorship strategy, proactively seek out partners and ensure efficient delivery on agreed deals and contracts.
- Contribute to the development of strategic briefs which maximise and amplify the effectiveness of sponsorship activity via media, creative and integration approaches across owned, earned, and paid activity.
- Implement a brand-aligned community engagement strategy in partnership with relevant third parties.
- Assist in the management of partnership negotiations.
- Drive effective internal and external collaboration to maintain mutually beneficial relationships with sponsorship and community partners.
- Work closely with the media, creative and digital teams to execute plans, ensuring activity is on time and on budget.

**About you**
- 3 Years experience in a marketing, media, or events management role.
- Solid, working understanding of creative development, media buying and sponsorship integration.
- Naturally strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification preferred in a marketing related field.
- Confident understanding of the full breadth of marketing activity and how sponsorships integrate throughout
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders.
- A balance of creative and analytical strength, to measure sponsorship value and creatively link information together to find new opportunities.
- Highly collaborative with natural charisma and authority to unite cross-functional stakeholders in executing sponsorship strategy.
- Proven performance in your current role
