We are currently searching for a talented and energetic **Digital Content and Partnerships Coordinator** to join our dynamic team

The **Digital Content and Partnerships Coordinator** will be responsible for building a strong online community through our social media platforms (in particular TikTok), our Move With Us Podcast, and our Coach and Influencer Partnerships.

This exciting role will see you developing and executing social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between our clients and the brand, and extracting continuous learnings to help grow and nurture the Move With Us social media and podcast audience.

**Requirements**:

- Social Media and Content_
- Work with the Community and Social Media Coordinator and Brand Team Lead to craft effective strategies to grow organic social platforms, in particular TikTok, in both follower count and engagement metrics.
- Work with the Community and Social Media Coordinator to ensure all TikTok specific metrics are reported on and shared with the wider team.
- Work with the Paid Media Specialist to ensure content supports the paid media strategy.
- Create and edit effective content to educate and add value to the Move With Us audience and ensure it is consistent with our Brand Values.
- Attend photoshoots with a goal to capture and edit content for multiple platforms.
- Be confident and comfortable in front of the camera and create content for MWU owned channels.
- Work closely with our Community functions to ensure we take full advantage of all available user generated content.
- Continuous monitoring of online trends and algorithm changes to ensure content creation and edits follow "best in market" expectations.
- Be the voice of "Trending Content" for the business - ensuring we take advantage of all opportunities to drive awareness off the back of trending songs, memes, edit types etc.
- Supporting the Brand: Team Lead in Coach and influencer relationships regarding content deliverables and identification of potential partnerships.
- Podcast_
- End-to-end management of the Move With Podcast production including managing the podcast studio relationship.
- Planning of podcast episodes including outlining proposed talent + topics.
- Identify and manage key Podcast guests.
- Work with the Brand Team Lead to identify performance targets and work towards overall growth ensuring a "Report out" culture on success of the podcast.
- Ensure podcast location is ready for filming and carry out execution.
- Provide show outlines to guests to guide conversation topics.
- Other_
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field preferred.
- At least 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience developing and executing an end-to-end social media strategy.
- Ability to produce/coordinate content for social media campaigns, primarily across TikTok and Instagram.
- Exceptional attention to detail, spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work hard and deliver results under pressure.
- Results-driven and team oriented.
- Passion for health and fitness.
