About this opportunity

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Facilitator to facilitate partnerships and drive positive outcomes in early childhood education and care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement strategies to engage all children in development and learning pathways, ensuring successful educational outcomes and wellbeing.

• Undertake project-based work to deliver timely and effective outcomes for priority projects and initiatives.

• Prepare high-quality reports, submissions, briefs, and correspondence associated with priority projects and initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on early years priorities relating to early childhood.

• Analyse information sources to inform planning, coordination, advice, and support for early childhood initiatives.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

• Proven experience in early childhood education, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
