
Partnerships Coordinator

A key role of the Asia Pacific (APAC) Partnerships Team, the Partnerships Coordinator, is to support the Commercial team of APAC. The Coordinator will work with the Partnerships team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the successful completion of projects and tasks.
Responsibilities- Administration: Help facilitate and document key work streams for work in progress meetings with partners
- Help support all aspects of partnerships activations
- Assist in production of post events reports
- Assisting partnership team on day-to-day activities where required
- Function & invitation management
- VIP & Corporate Hospitality Management including run of show material for partner functions
- Provide VP Commercial support with expense reports, travel schedule and calendar management
- Tertiary qualifications in business & marketing based fields
- Experience working in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and the Google Suite
- Ability to think creatively and conceptually
- Ability to work weekends and travel for the role
- Australian work rights are required for this position

- An exceptional work ethic and masterful organisational skills

The role will be based in the WSL APAC Office in Coolangatta, Queensland.
