**Location**: Burwood VIC 3125 and Clayton VIC 3168
**Type**: Part-Time (20+ hours per week), potential to progress to Full-Time

As Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for both members and staff. You’ll lead from the front, help the team hit their KPIs, and step up when things go wrong. You’ll be resolving member issues, keeping the space running smoothly, and ensuring the team meets our high standards of service and care.

Most of our full-time leaders started in part-time roles—if you show up and deliver, there’s a clear path forward.

- **What You’ll Be Doing**_
- Support and lead team members to hit KPIs in operations, sales, and service
- Handle member issues and resolve disputes with confidence and care
- Drive membership and product sales
- Oversee gym upkeep, cleanliness, and stock levels
- Run facility checks, lead team meetings, and keep the space in top shape
- Maintain and contribute to our social media presence
- Help create a gym culture members are proud to be part of

**What Success Looks Like (KPIs)**

You’ll be responsible for results across key areas:

- **Operations**: Equipment checks, tidy-ups, daily social stories
- **Sales & Revenue**: Weekly trials, signups, reviews, overdue payments
- **Customer Service**: Greeting standards, response time, issue handling
- **Retention**: Member stories, freebies, NPS score (goal: 60+)
- **Team Presence**: Weekly meetings, admin, supply checks
- **Compliance**: Adhering to systems and safety processes
- **Values**: You live and breathe K.O.R.G.I.E. (Kindness, Optimism, Resourcefulness, Growth, Integrity, Effort)

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Team management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
