**Experienced Cleaning Supervisor - Burwood Location**

**Location**: Burwood
**Schedule**: Thursday to Monday
**Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Full-time, 5 days a week)

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced **Cleaning Supervisor** to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, buffers) safely and effectively.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of cleaners.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
- Manage team schedules and allocate daily tasks.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to issues and customer concerns.
- Uphold and enforce workplace health and safety standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior experience in a **cleaning supervisor** or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
- **Mandatory Requirements**:

- Recent Police Check (within the last 3 months)
- Valid proof of right to work in Australia
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery (advantageous)

- Floor scrubbing: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
