AustCorp is supporting an international firm in securing a strong, skilled, and stakeholder-orientated Hands-on Facilities Manager / Working Supervisor to support and lead teams undertaking Planned and Reactive Maintenance / First-fix Repairs and Minor Works across a large diverse site.

You will ideally hold a trades background in Engineering (M&E / HVAC / Plumbing) or Carpentry.

They are seeking to appoint a Facilities Manager / Working Supervisor to undertake and oversee delivery of all maintenance, first-fix repairs, and minor works activities across a large site.

**Base Criteria**
Trade qualified in Engineering (M&E / HVAC / Plumbing) or Carpentry, with Hands-on Building Maintenance / Handy Person experience, and a strong practical understanding of service delivery.

**Outline Duties**
Performing a hands-on and supervisory role, leading a team of trade support staff.

Manage the delivery of a range of planned / reactive maintenance; first-fix repairs and minor works with a strong focus on outcomes and relationships, and long-term contract delivery outcomes.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Permanent Australian Resident / Citizen, able to secure National Police Clearance, and additional checks.
- Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or M&E / HVAC / Plumbing Trades experience overseeing delivery across a large site.
- Effectively give supervisory advice, management support and mentor junior trades.
- Strong compliance and operational excellence skills.
- A strong written and verbal communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions, and undertake internal and external stakeholder interface.
- Engaging personality and well-presented, able to delegate responsibilities to ensure duties are completed.
- Hands-on duties include: - First fix repairs; Changing light bulbs, replacing washers / taps, treating leaks, door hanging etc.
