**The Role**
Land Command, Control, Communications & Computer Systems (LC4S) Branch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced EL 1 Workforce Manager who has a passion for all things workforce. We are looking for a leader and innovator to help drive workforce planning and reporting strategies across the Branch.

This position manages a small team that is responsible for obtaining workforce planning intelligence to support workforce design and reporting to improve the management of the Branch’s integrated workforce.

We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals who possess strong communication skills, who will be an integral member of an integrated workforce. You will have considerable level of stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills, along with the capacity to build effective and productive teams.
- Flexible part-time hours/job-share arrangements considered for some positions.
- Telework from home considered however, these roles cannot be performed remotely on a full-time basis, as they are office based.
- Family-friendly working arrangements available.
