efm Warehousing are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing 3PL Warehousing company.

Reporting through to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role is primarily involved in the day-to-day handling of receiving & dispatch administration as well as assisting the larger warehouse team if required - ensuring accurate, on time receipts and paperwork are processed, bookings are completed and orders are released and closed to support the continuous growth and productivity.

**Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Ensuring all orders and outbound receipts are processed accurately and on time to meet business and customer KPI's
- Confirming paperwork such as connotes, invoices and the booking information for time slots of trucks is processed effectively and accurately.
- Checking off stock for accuracy and matching to delivery paperwork.
- Processing orders through the WMS system and create freight labels
- Develop a proactive approach to completion of daily operations that encourages teamwork, co-operation and positive communication
- Ensure OH&S and quality standards and procedures are maintained.

**To be successful for this role you will have**:

- Previous experience in coordinating Receiving/ Dispatch
- Demonstrated experience working in a warehousing and distribution environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Intermediate computer skills - MS Word, Excel etc.
- An excellent can-do attitude and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fast and forward-thinking approach.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Experience using the Wise WMS platform or OneFlo would be advantageous.
- Punctual and reliable - with stable transport arrangements to get to and from work.
