**Your Organisation**

With a core focus on sustainability and growth, this global organisation is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team and bring their hiring pipeline up to speed.

With relationships that span across various different sectors, this organisation focuses on sourcing and delivering goods to the community across the world in a sustainable manner.

Reporting directly into the Human Resources Manager who leads giving the team autonomy as well as creates a culture of fun.

This role is assisting across both white and blue collar roles and will be engaging with various line managers throughout the business No day will be the same

**Your Role**

Reporting into the Human Resources Manager and working within a team of 4, your role will involve:

- Building Talent Pipelines
- Recruitment for open job vacancies
- Advertising roles through various platforms
- Shortlisting
- Building relationships quickly with line managers across the business
- Reference checks
- Compliance
- Updating client details
- Taking client job briefs
- General administration support

**Your Profile**

You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor / Recruitment Consultant with experience recruiting across both white and blue collar roles. You will have a natural ability to build relationships quickly and be able to work and engage with all levels of management confidently.

You will be process driven and work in a structured manner. You will have a warm personality and be able to pick up new systems quickly.

Based in Newstead, there is limited parking so you will need to be able to access the business via public transport.

The role does require you to be on-site 5 days per week and the hours are 8.30 - 5pm Monday - Friday.

As this is a temporary role with an immediate start, you must be immediately available to be considered for this role
