Our South Melbourne office is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team We are looking for a dedicated team member who is eager to grow with us and contribute to our vision for the future.

**About the Role**

As an Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your portfolio of clients. You will guide your clients through the onboarding process and will consistently collaborate closely with them to achieve optimal results. As an Account Manager, you will identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet your clients' needs. The primary focus is building lasting relationships and ensuring continued retention through exceptional customer care.

**What we’re looking for**
- Customer Service all rounder
- High level communicator - both written and over the phone
- Detail-oriented person with a focus on delivering quality care
- Excellent problem solving skills with solution focused mindset
- Outstanding time management skills
- Experience with CRM such as Salesforce

**Main Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- First point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Understand client needs and ensure continued retention
- Identify areas of improvement and provide tailored solutions
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain a high level of quality care
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
