**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity is now available for a driven and energetic individual to join our team as an Administrator. From our Carrum Downs office, we work with our Field team across VIC, TAS and SA.

You will work through our daily site attendances to review and capture all data in regard to consumables, equipment and other items used on site.

This is a fantastic chance to join a fast paced and energetic team who value their people above all else On the job training and career growth opportunities will also be available.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Review and manage daily reports for all field staff across VIC, TAS, SA
- Liaise with Field Staff to finalise reports as required
- Accurately report & record job details ready for submission
- Assisting with travel/ accommodation bookings when required
- Assisting with payroll/timesheets when required

**Key Selection Criteria**:
The following selection criteria is also important, but we provide ongoing training and support.
- Previous Administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously & manage conflicting priorities
- Outgoing & positive personality
- Good work ethic
