**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the Brisbane region.
- Identify potential clients, industries, and projects that require pumps and filtration systems, and create a comprehensive outreach strategy.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training to clients to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and expand the client network.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the industrial equipment, pumps, or filtration systems sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Technical aptitude to understand and communicate the technical specifications and benefits of our products.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Brisbane region as needed.
