Range and Supply Leader

Who you are
Your previous experience with local food legislations, operational compliance standards, food safety standards and HACCP is highly regarded.
**Responsibilities**:
As the Range and Supply Leader your broad knowledge of supply sourcing and product management ensures a food range that caters for a food experience that is locally relevant, people and planet positive and healthily delicious. It is affordable with a Swedish touch and to optimise food supply to enable for extraordinary growth.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Implement common food range, supply and logistics framework, standards, WoW, tools and KPI’s adapting to local legislation and laws
- Monitor food range and supply performance to the units in order to manage and escalate deviation
- Good knowledge of project and change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management
- Motivated by finding new ways through co-creation with colleagues and other IKEA units
- Ability to priorities and make decisions with speed and simplicity
