Flow and Capacity Planner

Who you are
**Responsibilities**:
As a Flow and Capacity Planner, you will secure fulfilment in markets from an end-to-end perspective by ensuring accurate and effective forecasting, capacity planning and efficient goods flow. You will do this through good analytics, data and process-based insights and an engaging approach with many stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Enable daily operations and an efficient distribution network on the market by securing and end to end planning and fulfilment process through gathering, processing, analysing and sharing goods flow information and trends, identifying
possible risks and proposing actions to prevent and providing accurate flow and capacity plans.
- Supporting operations in close cooperation with other CFF functions regarding inbound stock flow, capacity and optimise the inbound network specifically in relation to replenishment solutions and working with Ontime Delivery (OTD) results in the supply chain.
- Contribute to providing recommended actions to address any identified capacity imbalances and input to expansion plans and range classification.
- Contribute with knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and omnichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks.
- Working with the broader Forecast Availability and Support (FAS) team on end-to-end solutions to help secure the broader FAS goals: including availability, lowest cost fulfilment and lowest lead time to the customer.
- Responsible for developing local improvements in working methods, systems and tools and for implementing global routines, systems solutions and ways of working with all partners in the Supply Chain, Retail and Customer Fulfilment in the market.
