**Job Details**
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will look after the overall management of end-to-end payroll process, you will have direct interaction and influence to Senior Managers within the business.
- Full Payroll preparation, processing, and distribution
- Suggesting and implementing system improvements
- Working well with good synergy across different departments
- Prepare reports when required for various stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
- Provide advice to employees in relation to pay issues, legislation, and new policies
- Ensure payroll staff are well trained and payroll systems are running efficiently

**To be a success you will need to**:

- Have sound knowledge of Payroll practices, utilising your vast experience from previous roles
- Confidence in your ability to lead and influence
- Problem solve, not to sit back and just accept things but to actively involve yourself in the team, lead by example.
- Display honesty, integrity, and discretion
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
