The Warehouse Supervisor (Dispatch) is responsible for ensuring the dock operations is managed accurately and as efficiently as possible.

The Warehouse Supervisor (Dispatch) is responsible for compliance with all WHS policies and providing a safe place for all employees to work.

The Warehouse Supervisor (Dispatch) will also create an environment of continuous improvement whilst maintaining an engaged workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the ANC and Startrack Metro drivers and AM dock function.
- Ensure all onsite fleet partners drivers are compliant with all WHS and company policies as well as any legislative requirements.
- Identify possible risks & continually promote safety amongst employees
- Ensuring staff are following procedure.
- Processing start of Day and End of Day operations.
- Timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain a safety first culture.
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain Pet Circle WHS standards and Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
- QA Monitoring
- Strong organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service mindset and ability to manage and adhere to Service Level Agreements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Raise and address any issues with equipment, staffing or stock with the Inbound Manager / Operations Manager immediately as to not affect customer service levels

**Main Activities**:

- In conjunction with Inbound TL, organise all returned consignments for ease in processing. Rebook required consignments.
- Work with the ANC site representative to locate any missing / NHO goods to ensure delivery is not delayed
- Ensure that ‘own fleet’ drivers have easy access to all consignments for their delivery route. Ensure dock is clean and free of debris and hazards and walkways are clear Allocate tasks to dock forklift drivers to ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of all vehicles
- CoR checks on inbound vehicles and reports in confluence. Immediately report any failures to Dock Manager
- Update and manage the receiving schedule to ensure free flowing dock and spacing of delivering to ‘flatten’ the delivery schedule
- Allocate vehicles to docks as per receiving schedule
- Manage and enter all CHEP documents and movements
- Train employees in the value of adhering to company policies, procedures and standards, and strengthen their dedication to following these guidelines.
- Ensure all paperwork and administrative requirements are adhered to with high levels of accuracy.
- Booking of Outbound freight
- Identify areas of inefficiency and potential service improvements
- Identifies and addresses safety hazards with the Inbound Manager
- Maintain and monitor housekeeping standards.
- Review KPI's from each team member and identify team members to work with to improve their performance - outcomes to be documented.
- Maintain the fulfillment centre with the highest level of commitment to good housekeeping
