Over its 30-year history, Leadership Victoria (LV) has established a reputation for developing and delivering contemporary leadership programs, most notably the well-known Williamson Community Leadership Program. Through these programs, Leadership Victoria has inspired and challenged thousands of people from diverse backgrounds to be more active leaders within their communities. With an impressive national alumni network and supported by a skills-based Board Chaired by Christine Nixon, Leadership Victoria is seeking their next leader to take the organisation to new heights.

Partnering with the Board and building on the strong foundations LV already has in place, you will finalise and approve the recently developed Strategic Plan and then take ownership of its delivery. As a key representative of the organisation, the Chief Executive Officer will take an active role in promoting LV by engaging with its wide network of stakeholders, which includes alumni, community groups, philanthropists, program participants, corporate partners, and government. You will be passionate about, and committed to, overseeing the delivery of the core experiential programs Leadership Victoria is known for, and guide the team to continually innovate these highly respected development tools.

As an inspiring leader yourself, you value adaptive leadership and appreciate the impact it can have on individuals and communities. Highly regarded for your relationship management skills, you have achieved significant outcomes in the past through working with diverse stakeholder groups and by building effective networks.

You possess sound financial management skills, the ability to operate at the strategic level, a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved in operations, and a broader understanding of working within a social enterprise environment.
